Our attorneys provide full service advice on obtaining the appropriate visas for employment and residence in the United States. We advise immigrants on visas, citizenship, deportation and green cards. We work with our senators and congressional representatives to advance your case. And, we will represent you during hearings and appeals on your visa and immigration petitions.

For families, we offer a personal consultation regarding your family’s immigration situation. We work with you to evaluate whether you or a member of your family may qualify for a family-based visa and a “green card.”

Generally, citizens or legal/lawful permanent residents (“LPR”) can apply for family-based visas for certain family members to live in the United States. Spouses, fiancés, children and parents of U.S. citizens often qualify for visas more quickly than adult children and siblings of U.S. citizens, and spouses and children of “green card” holders. Fiancés of U.S. citizens also qualify for a visa to enter the United States.

For business immigration matters, we help businesses and employees select the most appropriate visa for their situation. Selecting the appropriate visa is a critical decision, and we guide you through this difficult process.

For your family or business immigration needs, please contact us for more information.
